The three-day educational portion of this conference will be held at the Grand Hyatt Washington Hotel on March 25-28, 2012.

CPE/CLE INFORMATION

The 3-day conference provides approximately 20.0 credits on a 50-minute hour basis, 17.0 credits on a 60-minute hour basis. There are no prerequisites nor is any preparation necessary. Conference hours and technical topics are subject to change.

NEW CONFERENCE HANDOUT MATERIALS

Conference materials will be posted in a searchable form on a secure website as they are received from the speakers. Beginning two weeks before the conference, registrants will be to access the handouts via a secure link (requiring a password), so they can download or print them out. No paper copies will be provided in your registration materials onsite, and onsite printing facilities will be extremely limited. TEI encourages you to print documents of interest in advance. (Regrettably, wi-fi will not be available in the meeting rooms.) Materials will remain accessible by conference registrants for one month after the conference.

HOUSING INFORMATION

 

 

 

A discounted block of sleeping rooms is being held at the Grand Hyatt Washington DC Hotel for TEI Midyear Conference Attendees. TEI's discounted sleeping room rate be $327 + tax per night Single / $352 + tax per night Double. Do not attempt to call into the hotel directly, they will not be able to help you with a reservation under our block, all reservations must be made using our reservations link (when available). Upon registering for the conference you will receive a web link to make your hotel reservations (do not attempt to call in and make reservations since the reservations agents do not have access to our room block. They will likely tell you that our block is sold out since that is how it appears in their system, but it not currently sold out).  Our room block is limited and will likely sell out so do not delay in making your reservations. Any unsold rooms in our block will go on sale to the general public on February 22, so do not delay in making your reservations.
